Terms & Conditions for Kitchens

These Terms & Conditions for Kitchens (“Kitchen Terms”) apply to you (“Kitchen,” “you,” or “your”) when you register for, access, or use Gram's kitchen partner tools, dashboards, or related services (collectively, the “Kitchen Services”). They supplement our general Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy. If there is a conflict between the Kitchen Terms and the general Terms as they apply to the Kitchen Services, these Kitchen Terms control for that conflict.

Eligibility and onboarding

  • You represent that you operate a legitimate food business and will provide accurate information during onboarding and keep it updated.
  • Gram may approve, reject, or pause kitchen accounts based on verification, capacity, or policy requirements.
  • You are responsible for all activity under your kitchen accounts and for safeguarding credentials.

Licenses, food safety, and compliance

You are solely responsible for obtaining and maintaining all licenses, permits, registrations, and insurance required by law for your operations (including food safety, health, and employment rules). You must prepare, store, handle, and package food in a safe, hygienic manner and in line with applicable regulations and any standards Gram communicates for the platform.

Menus, pricing, and availability

  • Menu content, allergens, ingredients, and pricing you publish through the Kitchen Services must be truthful and kept current.
  • You honor accepted orders according to the preparation and handoff windows you commit to, except where law, safety, or a documented platform issue reasonably prevents fulfillment.
  • You will not misrepresent items, substitute material components without clear customer communication where required, or list prohibited or unsafe products.

Orders, cancellations, and refunds

Operational rules for accepting, rejecting, or canceling orders, and any partner obligations around refunds or remakes, may be described in separate partner guidelines or product flows. You agree to follow those rules when they are made available to you. Gram may facilitate customer communications related to orders; you remain responsible for your fulfillment performance.

Fees and payouts

Commission rates, service fees, taxes, and payout schedules applicable to your kitchen will be presented in your partner agreement, dashboard, or settlement notices. Gram may update fee structures with reasonable notice where permitted by contract or law.

Brand and platform use

You may not imply an endorsement by Gram beyond what is allowed, scrape or misuse the Kitchen Services, circumvent security, or use the platform to distribute malware or spam. Gram may feature your kitchen name, menu, and imagery as needed to operate and market the service, subject to any written restrictions we agree with you.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Kitchen Services for violations of these Kitchen Terms, the general Terms, fraud, repeated poor fulfillment, health or safety risk, or legal requirements. You may stop using the Kitchen Services according to any notice or wind-down terms in your partner agreement.

Disclaimer and limitation

The Kitchen Services are provided on an “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gram disclaims warranties not expressly stated in writing. Liability caps and exclusions in the general Terms apply to your use of the Kitchen Services unless a mandatory law provides otherwise.

Changes to these Kitchen Terms

We may update these Kitchen Terms to reflect changes in operations or law. We will post the updated version here and adjust the effective date. Continued use of the Kitchen Services after updates constitutes acceptance where allowed by law.
