Terms of Service

1. Accepting the Terms

By creating a Gram account, downloading the app, or placing meal orders through Gram (“Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”) alongside our Customer Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our Services.

2. Customer Account & Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old or operating under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian to create an account and place orders.
• You are responsible for providing accurate delivery addresses, contact numbers, and safeguarding your login OTP / verification credentials.
• Gram reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts engaging in fraudulent activity, abusive behavior toward delivery partners, or policy violations.

3. Ordering, Pricing & Subscriptions

Gram enables customers to order daily homestyle meals from local home kitchens and partner culinary creators:

• Item Pricing: Prices displayed include applicable food taxes and menu costs. Delivery fees, small order surcharges, and distance surcharges are computed before checkout.
• Order Acceptance: Orders are accepted subject to kitchen capacity and ingredient availability. In rare cases of stockout, kitchens may cancel or offer meal replacements with customer consent.
• Weekly & Monthly Lock Plans: Scheduled recurring meal plans lock in your weekly menus. You may pause, adjust delivery slots, or skip meal dates in-app prior to the daily cutoff time (e.g. 10:00 PM the night prior).

4. Payments & Charges

Payment processing is securely facilitated by vetted payment partners (UPI, credit/debit cards, NetBanking, digital wallets). You authorize Gram to charge your selected payment method for all confirmed orders and fees.

5. Delivery Handoff & Timing

Our goal is to deliver fresh meals warm within your selected delivery window. Estimated delivery times are approximations and can be influenced by weather, traffic, or kitchen prep delays. You agree to ensure someone is available to receive the handoff at your specified address.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

Please refer to our dedicated Refund & Cancellation Policy for detailed timelines regarding order cancellation windows, wrong item replacements, and refund processing procedures.

7. Intellectual Property & App Conduct

All trademarks, logos, app graphics, content, and code on Gram are the intellectual property of Kalp Intelligence Private Limited. You may not reverse engineer, scrape, or reproduce platform assets without express written consent.
